This sector/sub-sector erase serial flash family is offered with dual I/O. The M25PX family offers improved speed of operation over the entire supply voltage range, as well as an extended temperature range. Also the M25PX family is available in Automotive Grade 3 (recognized by the “3” digit in the Orderable Product Name) and Automotive Grade 6 (recognized by the “A” digit in the Orderable Product Name).
