Forté™ N25Q (auto): Serial flash with multiple I/O
It is the industry’s first 65nm lithography multiple I/O serial flash family, providing the most advanced performance available in the market: it offers a quadruplicated read and write bandwidth to a clock speed of 432MHz (108Mhz x 4), significantly increasing XiP performances.

The N25Q family is developed on 65nm process technology and available in Automotive High Temperature -40C to 125C (Auto Grade 3, recognized by the “A” digit in the Orderable Product Name) and in Automotive Industrial Temperature -40C to 85C (Auto Grade 6 recognized by the “H” digit in the Orderable Product Name).
