Optimized for telematics and all other automotive applications, the Wireless (W) flash memory family is designed to interface with 1.8V low-voltage microcontrollers operating in the Automotive temperature range from -40 to +85ºC. The device features 4, 8 or continuous long word synchronous burst mode reads. The Wireless (W) flash memory family (32Mb and 64Mb) enables higher performance in on-body applications.
