Looking for fast, high density serial flash? The Forté™ M25P family delivers. With its fast system speed, sequential read capability, low power consumption, small package and low cost, this serial flash family offers added value to both high- and low-end applications. 

The  Forté M25P devices are available in a density range of 512Kb to 128Mb and in a diverse offering of package types. A four-wire SPI-compatible interface offers guaranteed compatibility to future higher and lower densities. With a single supply voltage of 2.7V to 3.6V, plus a deep power-down mode that typically draws 1µA, the devices effectively reduce power consumption and suit themselves perfectly for battery-powered applications.

The  Forté M25P family is also offered in Automotive-grade solutions, with temperature ranges from -40º to +125º C and from -40º to + 85º C.
