Forté™ M25PX (for high performance)



For high throughput serial flash, look to the high-performance Forté™ M25PX family. This sub-sector erase serial flash offers dual I/O with an equivalent of 150MHz, and paves the way to mulitple I/O technology on 65nm. 

Designed to address the needs of applications requiring higher clock frequency, the Forté M25PX family combines an unprecedented level of technical performance, such as improved speed of operation over the entire supply voltage range, as well as an extended temperature range.

Ideal for applications such as set-top-boxes, digital flat panels, optical disk drives, computers and printers, the Forté M25PX famlly also offers smart security to protect sensitive data that should not be modified.

The Forté M25PX family is also offered in Automotive-grade solutions, with temperature ranges from -40º to +125º  and from 40º to + 85º C.
